I can recommend this place for celebrating birthday. The venue is reasonably clean and huge, views are amazing, the location is perfect right by centre of Split as well as the beach and restaurants. Well-trained and caring staff ensures you spend a very relaxing time here. Glad I took double room, it was new-fashioned and huge. The hotel provides a good service.
